Our Values.

Six values that act as our North Star

We believe in a world where people’s human rights are respected as part of the transformation to net zero, and that we each have a role to play in making it happen.

We know that what unites us is our shared sense of purpose, looking ahead to a shared vision for the future. We feel privileged to be able to embody our values – both in in our work and in our personal lives. (Our Human Level Code of Conduct provides further guidance on how we do this in practice.)

Here are our six values that act as our North Star to guide us on our path forward – as a consultancy, as well as individuals.

Human Level

We seek to always bring business back to the human level – to ensure people come first, at all levels of the business.

Impact

At all times, we strive to have a positive impact on people and planet, through our work as well as on an individual level.

Bold

We aim to be a voice, and not an echo –to provide a voice to the voiceless and to advocate for what we believe in, in away that will ensure the most impact

Equity

We pursue inclusivity, equality and equity for all; we are built on and thrive on diversity, healthy debate and differences of opinion.

Empathy

We endeavour to take ourselves out of our own shoes, and place ourselves in the shoes of others, to understand the world from their perspective – be they workers, community members, managers, or other humans.

Joy

Although we work on challenging and at times daunting topics, we look to infuse our work with joy and laughter whenever we can, recognising also when space may be needed for other emotions such as sadness and frustration.
