And Here We Are!
Summer is well and truly over, and Autumn is upon us. At least, that’s how it feels in London.
I hope you all found time to embrace everything we discussed last time (here)—living life to the fullest, laughing, crying, being silly and serious, reading, reflecting, and, most importantly, loving.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt messages over the summer in response to my friend Christine’s death. This has been a defining moment for me, and I truly grasp now how very short life is…❤️
I spent most of August in Indonesia - where in addition to work I made an active effort to disconnect completely. I discovered the joy of memojis with my 7-year-old, I sang ‘Who I Am’ (Wyn Starks) 1,000 times, and caught up on a lot of reading that had been in my to-read pile for a year. 📚
It was so amazing. And also, it’s amazing to be back and to see the energy, the genuine nature of the discussions and the opportunities that we are seeing. It’s all needed, and we will make great strides together.

Be Human Rights Confident Collective
Are you working in business and human rights and have some questions/ want to exchange with peers? We have the space for you!
We are getting together every month to (1) discuss a key theme and (2) exchange on questions that are coming up for you.
We’ll come prepared with some key content from our selected theme, and do come ready on your end to listen, ask questions, and share what’s on your mind in your work in this area - if you feel comfortable sharing. This is a safe space for us.
