Mark Stephens and I have been co-mediating the OECD NCP Norway instance: Telenor and 474 civil society organizations in Myanmar (represented by the Centre for Research on Multinational Corporations (SOMO)).
We are delighted that the parties have reached a preliminary memorandum of understanding (MoU).
